Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship
We currently ship domestically within India only. International shipping isn't available yet.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take longer.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on orders over ₹2,999. Orders below that threshold incur a flat shipping fee shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Order Tracking
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another once it ships. If your courier partner provides tracking, we'll include it in that shipping email.
6. Delays
Occasionally, deliveries are delayed by courier disruptions, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We'll do our best to keep you updated if this happens.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we aren't responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
