OneExotic is an independent streetwear brand, operated as an individual/unregistered business — not a registered company. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to place an order on this site.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are as accurate as possible; slight variation in colour/material between the photo and the physical item can occur.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

4. Orders & Payment

An order confirmation email means we've received your order — it does not guarantee availability. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. We currently accept prepaid orders only — Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the OneExotic name, logo, product designs, photography, and site design — belongs to OneExotic and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

We aim for accuracy across the site but don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneExotic isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site.
